We aim to respond to all emails and messages within 48 hours Monday-Friday.
What are my delivery options and timescales?
Standard Delivery - When selecting the standard delivery option at checkout, the making time on your order is up to 14 working days.
Please note when ordering any of our rhinestone dresses, making time is an additional week. Once complete your order will then be posted using the shipping option at checkout. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email will include your tracking.
Express Delivery - When selecting the express delivery option at checkout, the making time on your order is 1-7 working days. Please note when ordering any of our rhinestone dresses, making time is an additional week. Once complete your order will then be posted using the Royal Mail next day guaranteed service. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email which will include your tracking.
After you have received your email from us with tracking details, we are no longer responsible for your package, it’s in the carrier’s ownership from here.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the fact that all of our items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. When you place your order it will be made to the exact sizes you select, you can also add a note to your order if preferred with your measurements. If you have any questions or would like help with your order, please contact us before placing your order. If your item arrives and it is in anyway damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will send out a replacement.
If I see a design I like on your page, can it be made in a different colour fabric?
Yes, please message me before placing your order letting me know which piece you are looking to purchase and what colour/pattern material you were looking for. I will then send you over some fabric options to choose from. Prices will vary depending on fabric selected.
How do I order to my measurements?
If you would like your piece made to exact measurements, please add these as a note to your basket, there is no extra charge for this service.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, for all custom order queries please get in touch with the date that you need the piece for, what the event is, colours, and any design ideas, please attach pictures if you have reference to your ideas. I will get back to you with my ideas and price.
Please note, we are a made to order business and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once your order is placed we order the material and get to working on your order straight away. There are no cancellations available once your order has been placed.
